What is the difference between a Gift Voucher and Spa Packages?
A Gift Voucher is a certificate for a fixed sum to be redeemed against products and services at any of our Spa partners.
A Spa Package is a ready-made package of treatments tailored to compliment each other. With all of our packages you will make a saving versus buying the treatments individually.
Can I gift a Spa Package to someone else?
Of course! If you are making someone’s day by giving him or her a Spa Package – why not make it even easier for him or her and choose the treatment package.
How do I purchase a Spa Package for myself or as a gift?
It’s as easy as 1,2,3,4!
1 – Choose your package from the list.
2 - Sign into your account (or set one up)
3 – Review and pay for your purchase.
4 – To send spa package as a gift, on the payment page click on button that says send as a gift, fill the form with the details of the recipient and then proceed with checkout. Voilà its done!
How long do I have to use the Package?
All packages are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
So if you use our buy-now-send-later feature – the receiver will have 6 months from when they receive the voucher.
How do I redeem my Spa Package?
Once you have received your voucher you can call the spa to book your appointment – telling them that you have a Spa Package voucher to use.
When visiting the Spa please ensure you have the voucher code with you so they can redeem it on their system.
